If you are not entirely satisfied with any unused item, simply return it within 15 days for a replacement or refund of purchase. We completely understand that sometimes mistakes can be made so we allow our customers to return ANY item purchased with us. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee. The following are our return or exchange guidelines: - We cannot accept any returned item that is not in its original packaging, or any item that has been installed.
- Customer shall pay return shipping fees unless the error is caused by the staff at Motor Force.
- An RGA (returned goods authorization) number needs to be given to you before shipping the item back to us. Do not ship product back to us without an RGA.
- Credits or exchanges cannot be given for improperly packed items returned to us.
- If an item shows up damaged please contact deliverer immediately.
- No refunds or returns on custom orders or custom painted items.
How to make a return - Obtain an RGA number, either by email @ service@motorforce.com or by calling a customer service represenitive at 800 895-7030.

Motor Force 1420 Concord Ave. Concord, CA 94520 (Motor Force recommends Fed Ex, UPS, or USPS. Please obtain tracking number from the carrier) All items will be processed within 2 business days upon reciept. If you have requested an exchange, your item will be shipped out the same day your return is processed. If you have requested a refund, you will be refunded by the method of payment used to pay for your order. As per the standard bank process, you should see a refund posted to your account within 3-5 business days. |
